There are many companies that will arrange it. Just do a search on Hawaiian Weddings.

I don’t know of any websites but my sister just got married in Hawaii this summer, they got married on the beach, real simple ceremony. I know you have to get your marriage licence in Hawaii and it is only good for a certain amount of days. What part of Hawaii? We went to Maui and they were married on a beach called ironwood a little out of Lahaina.

If you contact major hotel chains (Hilton, etc.), they usually have packaged deals (either that include the ceremony, or that give bride & groom a free night).

Go to and type in the island in hawaii you want to get married on then bring up hotels and go to there website, there you can find info on weddings and packages. Also does vacation wedding packages.

We did the exact same thing. We got married on Oahu so we could do all the touristy stuff, and it was just me and him (no guests or reception etc.)…We went thru. The photos were great, the beach was beautiful (you can choose from different sites if you don’t want beach), the minister was friendly and professional. Great time, and affordable. Good luck, and congratulations!

I just got married in Hawaii this past June. What I would suggest is to stay away from the hotels. Hotel weddings on Oahu are extremely over priced. For example, the Hilton Hawaiian chapel is gorgeous but costs $4000 to rent for the ceremony. If it’s just the two of you I would suggest getting married on the beach and having a professional videographer (at least a photographer) there to capture the ceremony. Stay away the beaches in Waikiki as there a lot of tourists and you won’t have as much privacy. The beaches on the windward side of the island are gorgeous and not as busy.
Sign up for the wedding cafe (located on Oahu in Manoa) e-mails. That is the best place to get information about vendors:
Other resources is this excellent magazine that regularly posts wedding vendors and weddings in Hawaii:
