I need to find the canning class in Honolulu. Phone number good. Thanks?

This is class for people who know how to can, taking it to a more technical level with all sorts of safety info, etc. Cannot find the source for the class. A contact person and phone number would be great or the sponsoring organization. I’ve already tried the Hawaii government pages. Any help out there?

    Are you wanting to learn home canning or is it industrial? Since I do not know what type you are interested in, I would suggest you contact the chamber of commerce. They know everything that happens in the Honolulu, it’s their job.
